Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Our Policy: Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. If you are more than 15mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding.
